NEW – Alongside South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership, Turning Point Scotland are proud to announce Scotland’s first live Naboxone. Naboxone cabinets allow the public to access Naloxone 24 hours/7 days a week to reverse opioid overdoses.

We will achieve this vision by delivering, in partnership, the Public Health priority to reduce the risk of harm from alcohol and drugs, with a particular focus on reducing alcohol and drug deaths and promoting recovery, embracing a whole family approach.

#Naloxone

Naloxone
Naloxone is a medicine that can temporarily reverse the effects of opioids, such as heroin and methadone, if someone overdoses. It is available locally at the First Responder and Recovery Beacons – Blantyre, Cambuslang, Rutherglen and East Kilbride and through the organisation My Support Day, also based in the beacons.
